In our ongoing commitment to excellence, we recently undertook critical maintenance tasks to enhance boiler performance. The economiser coil replacement was completed to optimize energy efficiency by preheating boiler feedwater using waste flue gases, effectively reducing fuel costs and ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Simultaneously, bed coil replacement in fluidized bed boilers addressed erosion and wear, ensuring proper heat transfer and combustion. These efforts not only minimize unplanned shutdowns but also reinforce the reliability and efficiency of boiler systems for long-term success.

The Air Preheater (APH) tube replacement is a cornerstone of these efforts, focusing on restoring heat recovery efficiency. By replacing eroded tubes with upgraded materials, this process minimizes heat loss, reduces fuel consumption, and ensures sustained operational performance.

In parallel, we are replacing evaporator banks, a meticulous process involving the removal and installation of heat transfer tubes responsible for converting water into steam. This upgrade enhances heat exchange efficiency, addresses scaling and erosion issues, and significantly extends the boiler’s lifespan.

Another vital initiative is the replacement of air and flue gas ducting, which erodes over time due to continuous use. Precision fabrication and installation ensure effective airflow and flue gas management, reducing energy losses and boosting system performance.

These upgrades underscore our commitment to delivering sustainable, high-performance solutions for modern energy systems.
